Product Description

Full automatic die production line, zzkj-ux-8x7n2

The whole production line is composed of two 8-Position rotary disc machines, two manipulators, a group of automatic material distribution mechanism and a set of intermediate conversion table. The cut blank is put into the dividing table and sent by the manipulator to the first machine for 7 processes, and then another group of manipulator grabs the semi-finished workpiece from the middle turnover table and sends it to the No. 2 rotary table machine for the next 6 processes to be processed into products. One workpiece is completed every 15 seconds.
