A: Our factory is located in Jinhua, Zhejiang, which is a hardware center well know city all over the world.

Q: Where is your main market?
A: At present. We have exported to many areas, including North America, the EU, the Middle East, South America, Russia, Iran, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, and Africa.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For the YOUWE brand, we do small bulk wholesale. That means even one carton is acceptable. For OEM, MOQ is 500pcs, depending on your required model and packing.

Q: Can we have a sample to test?
A: Yes, we can offer one or two samples for the clients to test with charging. When clients place an order, we will pay the sample money back.

Q: What is your warranty term for the product?
A: The battery is 12 month's warranty. the core of the motor is? 18 months warranty. For other problems, we can send you free spare parts.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: For the YOUWE brand, we have stock. This means we can ship within one week. For OEM usually 45 days. If we can confirm packing faster delivery time can be shorter.
