Features and uses
ZJ slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction and centrifugal slurry pump designed by our factory.
According to the structure, the pump can be divided into horizontal (ZJ Series) and vertical (ZJL Series). According to the outlet diameter, the horizontal pump is divided into 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications; The pump of each specification and diameter has different impeller diameter according to different head.
The pump is applicable to electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industrial industries. It is mainly used to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles, such as concentrate and tailings treated by concentrator, ash removal of power plant, coal slime and dense medium coal preparation transported by concentrator, ore slurry transported by coastal river mining operation, etc.
The weight concentration of slurry that can be treated is 45% of mortar and 60% of ore pulp; The transmission mode can adopt direct connection, belt, hydraulic, frequency conversion speed regulation and other forms, and can also operate in series or parallel according to the needs of customers.
Sealing form:
ZJ series slurry pump can adopt three shaft seals: auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller power seal: the auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal ring is used as the parking seal. When the positive pressure at the inlet of the pump is not greater than 10% of the pressure at the outlet of the pump, the single-stage pump or the first stage pump with multiple stages in series shall adopt this sealing form.
(2) Packing seal is a common form of shaft seal, which is suitable for various working conditions. It can be matched with special materials such as tetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing, and can be used under abrasive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.
(3) Mechanical seal: the international leading sealing technology is adopted, with good sealing effect. The container structure makes the installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural forms adapt to different working conditions. The friction pair is made of high hardness ceramic or alloy materials. The design and coordination of mechanical seal and sealing box meet the medium flow state, so it has high wear resistance and earthquake resistance, and can satisfy customers under various working conditions.
