Product features:
G / GH series gravel pump is mainly applicable to the continuous transportation of strong abrasive materials whose particles are too large to be transported by general slurry pump. It is suitable for dredger dredging, river dredging, mining and metal smelting slag transportation. GH type is a high lift gravel pump.
The pump adopts a single shell pump structure connected with a strap, and the overflow channel is wide. The overflow parts are made of hard nickel, high chromium and other materials. The discharge direction of the pump can be at a certain position of 360 °, which has the advantages of convenient installation and use, good cavitation performance, abrasion resistance and so on.

Sealing type
Auxiliary impeller seal: the shaft seal type of the pump mainly includes packing seal and auxiliary impeller seal. The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series. It is generally used in the case of press in ore feeding, but the ore feeding pressure value is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value. This sealing form can be without shaft seal water (regularly add lubricating grease through the oil cup on the pump body) and without diluting mineral slurry; However, the power consumption will be increased (generally, it is necessary to increase about 5% of the rated power).
Packing seal: it is a common form of shaft seal, which is suitable for various working conditions. It can match special materials such as PTFE packing and graphite packing, and can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. However, shaft seal water shall be added, and sufficient water pressure and water volume shall be ensured. The water pressure of shaft seal water is the pump outlet pressure plus 35kpa (0.35kg / cm2). The water volume of shaft seal depends on the size of bracket.
