Q:How to get a sample?
A:Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.

Q: What is your price term?
A: FOB Guangzhou or EX-Work price.
 
Q:What about the leading time?
A:In general, the leading time is about 15-20 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
 
Q:How about the packing and shipping?
A:Normally, we have carton and plastic woven bag for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact with us.
 
Q:Can I have our own logo on the products?
A:That's ok to have your own logo on the products. Please contact with us to make sure the detailed things before placing order.
 
Q:  What is your Payment Terms?
A:  For first few trades:  30% deposit payment ; balance T/T before shipment
      For trades after one year: 100% T/T before shipment 

Q:  What is your MOQ requirement?
A:  Order in full carton, our MOQ is one carton.
 
Q:  Do you offer exclusivity ?
A:  Depending on the market you are in, please check with us.
