Our company has modern production facilities covering an area of 3000s. Q.: From machining workshop for mold making, coarse grinding workshop for material preparation and milling, grinding shop for high-speed and low-speed polishing, to edging and centering workshop and finally dust-free workshop for coating, everything needed is ready and in place, contributing to the scientific, systemic and standard manufacturing processes of our company. Currently we have a staff team of over 110 people dealing with technical research and manufacturing; Producing numerous quality optical components and crystal elements. Optical components mainly consist of optical lenses, prisms, optical windows, precision flats, waveplate, optical filters, etc. Crystal elements mainly consist of calcium fluoride lens, magnesium fluoride fairing, zinc selenide lens, monocrystal silicon lens, germanium single crystal lens, etc. In addition, we can assemble and adjust lenses based on customer′s needs, and customize optical components of various functions. Products are widely used in optical equipment, teaching, industrial lenses, camera, video shooting, automation, medical, measuring and surveying equipment, military, aviation, astronomy, etc. We possess the whole set of state-of-the-art testing equipment, which include ZYGO interferometer, sphericity interferometer, flat interferometer, curvature apparatus, focometer, angular instrument, vector altimeter, spectrograph, etc. Product surface quality and appearance inspection rest on accent light, cold light source, spotlight, magnifying glass, microscope, etc. Our skilled inspection team meets the requirements of International Standard, US Military Standard and ISO Standard, ensuring products′ full compliance with the drawings prior to delivery and customer′s perfect satisfaction.
